Most brides book their session 6–12 months before their wedding day.
This allows time for:
• payment plans
• planning outfits
• your photo reveal appointment
• designing your album so it's ready for the wedding.
Timeline example:
Book Your Session & Set Up Your Payment Plan → 6-12 Months Before Wedding
Session Day! → 3–4 Months Before Wedding
Album & Artwork Delivered → 1–2 Weeks Before Wedding
99% of our clients take advantage of a payment plan to help break up their desired collection into more budget friendly increments.
We do work with PayPal Credit, Affirm, Klarna, and AfterPay for some extended payment plan options. PayPal offers 6-12mo interest free depending on your investment level. Affirm has a variety of term options that span up to 36mo. Klarna and AfterPay offer a variety of different options as well.
Theses are great for brides who's wedding is coming up within 6mo. OR for those who would rather extend their payments out beyond session day.
We do also offer in-house payment plans. These are done directly through us, there is NO Credit Check. We take whichever collection you are most interested in and divide it into equal payments at the frequency you desire Leading Up To Session Day! (Payments can occur on a monthly, weekly, or bi-weekly basis for a set and recurring amount. Your entire collection will be paid off prior to session day, so you can come in, enjoy your session, and relax not stressing over how much you are going to spend.)
Once your date is booked, you'll sign your contract and select your collection. At that time you can set up your payment plan or pay in full, whichever you prefer. Then all the fun planning and prep starts!
You'll receive a bunch of emails from us detailing how to plan for and prepare for your session. What to do before session day, when to do certain appointments, if you choose to do them, what to bring with you, what NOT to bring with you...etc allll the things, so you won't be left having to figure out what to do or how to prepare for your session by yourself.
You will also receive a questionnaire so Kiana can customize your session day experience to you! This just helps us do the leg work before you arrive, so you can have a seamless session day experience.
On session day, when you arrive, we will get you settled in and then start right away with Professional Hair & Makeup. The hair and makeup artist will customize your look to you. She will ask you some questions regarding allergies and anything special you'd like for your look, then you get to just sit back, relax, and enjoy being pampered. Once hair & makeup is done, we will move on to wardrobe! If you brought anything with you that you'd like to incorporate, we will go over that as well. You are welcome to try on pieces from our wardrobe, as that is all included!
Then we will start shooting! Before we start shooting, we will have a little chat to make sure we are on the same page with everything on your questionnaire and see if anything has changed. Kiana will demonstrate the poses and coach you through them as well, so you don't need to know what to do or have any experience at all! She will guide you through EVERYTHING.
Afterwards you'll get to see your images (yes the very same day!) and select your favorites! Once you go home, Kiana will edit your images and then order your album and artwork, which will ship directly to you in about 6 weeks!
We have a full client wardrobe ranging in sizes 5XL - XS, with one pieces, two pieces, and three pieces available in every size. You'll be responsible for bringing a thong/g-string with you to try on pieces from our client wardrobe. Using the closet it included with your session, depending on what you bring with you, we may or may not need to even utilize the closet. If you have concerns about finding something you will like in the closet, you are welcome to bring a couple pieces with you as back up!
We do NOT provide shoes, fish nets, or any other accessories. You are more than welcome to bring any shoes, jewelry, and other accessories that you'd like!
We do suggest bringing in anything unique to your wedding/relationship that you'd like to incorporate to give it an extra special feel.
Things you can bring:
🖤 Veil (we do suggest you find a knock-off of yours so your actual veil doesn't get dirty, lipstick on it, or any snags from being used in photos. While we will try our absolute best to take extra care of any and all accessories you bring, we would hate if something happened to your veil before your big day)
🖤 Shoes (Bring in your shoes you plan to wear during your ceremony/reception - we won't have you walk in them to help ensure they stay perfect)
🖤 Wedding Dress (PLEASE communicate with Kiana if you plan to bring in your dress and PLEASE transport it in a fully enclosed garment bag)
🖤 Jewelry you plan to wear on your special day, or anything that holds sentimental value towards your relationship.
🖤 Wedding Day Undergarments (We have had some brides bring in a special bra & panty set that they plan to wear either under their dress or on the honeymoon)
🖤 Garter
🖤 Robe (if you have one you plan on getting ready in, you can bring that!)
🖤 Florals (Communicate with Kiana about this prior to session day too! We suggest seeing if you can find some fake florals or pick up the look-a-like florals the day before your session)
🖤 Oversized White Button Down (If your person will be wearing a suit, you can bring a similar shirt to what they will be wearing or anything of that nature)
🖤 Hair Pieces you plan to use on your special day
🖤 Anything special you plan to use or have used surrounding your engagement, wedding, honeymoon
🖤 The options are truly endless - If you have questions, you are encouraged to reach out and chat with Kiana to discuss the possibilities along with your vision for incorporating said items.
**We are NOT responsible for any imperfections that are a result of transportation, handling, or usage of any items you bring in. If you have concerns, we suggest finding a knock off/replica of the item. We will handle all items with care and will not force any poses or usage of the items that you do not want to do.
